Bill Earthman is a retired partner in Nashville, where he focused his practice primarily on the representation of banks and other lenders in complex commercial lending transactions. He has lectured on numerous aspects of bank lending, including document preparation, Uniform Commercial Code issues, and real estate. He also represented several developers and shopping center owners and lectures from time to time on commercial leasing. Bill is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® for his banking law practice.
