Vilma assists our clients with both domestic and international corporate income taxation. She especially focuses on tax advisory related to transactions, and tax structuring. Vilma also assists our clients with advance ruling procedures and other tax processes. In addition, she has experience with taxation of private individuals and employees, and she regularly advises on tax aspects of management incentive schemes. Prior to joining our firm, Vilma worked with a Big 4 firm as a tax advisor.
