Ursula Ben-Hammou specializes in corporate, foreign investment and contracts matters.
She counsels on civil and commercial matters, foreign investment, financing, corporate reorganizations, corporate acquisitions and cross-border financing, and assists in cases on financial and corporate matters for the establishment and developments of operations in Peru.
She is mentoring officer in the women interest group committee of the International Bar Association.
Ursula was assistant editor for Chambers & Partners Latin America in London, supervising the investigation processes of legal markets in Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Venezuela and Latin America. She was legal fellow in the Inter-American Investment Corporation of the IDB in Washington D.C.
