Tomaso Cenci focuses on general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, extraordinary corporate transactions and joint venture agreements. He has extensive experience representing both Italian and overseas  clients - listed and non-listed - in a number of industries, including banking and financial services, logistics, pharmaceuticals, media, and fashion.

His transactional work credentials include: assisting leading Italian financial institutions in their M&A and private equity transactions, also through bidding procedures; assisting leading financial and non-financial institutions on their corporate governance issues, including regulatory matters.

After graduating in Law “maxima cum laude” from the University “La Sapienza” of Rome, Tomaso gained  his LLM  from the University of London, London School of Economics and Political Science.  

From 2000 until 2004 Tomaso was the Resident Partner in the New York Office of the firm and then served as Managing Partner from 2008 until June 2014  .

He has been admitted to practice law in Italy  since 1990.

He speaks Italian, English and French.
