Theresa Wilson serves as Patterson Belknap’s Chief Financial Officer, responsible for leading the Firm’s accounting and finance team. In this role, she works closely with Firm Management on the development and execution of strategic financial planning, with a focus on developing key metrics for decision making. In addition, she oversees the pricing function at the Firm, working to create effective pricing strategies to optimize engagement and the development of value-based solutions for clients.

Theresa has more than 15 years of experience working with law firms. Prior to joining Patterson Belknap, Theresa worked at another large firm where she served as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.
