Talia Hormaeche is an associate of the natural resources area, and she is a specialist in hydrocarbons and transactions matters.

Talia counsels oil and gas companies, participates in the analysis of regulatory aspects in due diligence processes, in the execution of concession contracts for transportation and distribution of natural gas, as well as in designing and negotiating the contracts needed to develop activities in the hydrocarbons sector.
