Stephanie Bunting Glaser, an experienced transactional intellectual property lawyer, is Counsel to the Firm. Ms. Glaser negotiates a broad range of copyright licenses and related commercial agreements including publishing agreements, consulting agreements, software agreements, data license agreements, music and photography licenses, talent agency agreements, collaboration agreements and confidentiality agreements. She also advises on breach of contract, copyright and trademark infringement, and privacy issues. Ms. Glaser’s clients have included an international talent agency and production company, authors, a large not-for-profit consumer publishing company, a fashion internet company, information and technology companies, and various not-for-profit organizations. Ms. Glaser previously served as a law clerk to the Hon. Stewart G. Pollock of the New Jersey Supreme Court.
