Profile
Regula Fellner is a managing associate in the real estate team. She advises and represents companies, private individuals and public sector clients on all aspects of real estate law with a particular focus on public construction and planning law, environmental law (contaminated sites, noise and emission control, water protection, environmental impact assessment), nature and cultural heritage protection law, expropriation law as well as public procurement law. Regula Fellner advises and represents clients both in courts and before administrative bodies. In addition, she regularly publishes and lectures in her fields of expertise.
Regula Fellner was educated at the University of Basel (lic. iur., 2009). She was admitted to the bar in 2014. Before joining Walder Wyss in 2017 she worked as a law clerk at the Administrative Court of the Canton of Aargau and as an attorney in a Zurich law firm specializing in construction and procurement law. Amongst others, she gathered further practical experiences as a trainee in a law firm in Basel and at the Departement of Economic, Social and Environmental Affairs of the Canton of Basel-Stadt.
Regula Fellner speaks German and English. She is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
