Profile

As a member of the Litigation and Arbitration Team, Ramona Fischer specializes in private client related dispute resolution, in particular in domestic and international estate, marital property and adult protection law. She advises and represents parties in international arbitrations, before state courts and authorities as well as in enforcement and legal assistance matters.

Ramona Fischer graduated from the University of Lucerne (MLaw 2019) and the University of Tasmania (AUS). After graduating, she worked as a trainee at a District Court and a law firm in the canton of Lucerne. She further worked as a research assistant for a professor in Private Law, Comparative Law, Private International Law and European Law at the University of Lucerne. Prior to starting her practice as an attorney with Walder Wyss, she worked as an attorney at a major law firm in Zurich and for the canton of Zurich. She was admitted to the bar in 2019.

Ramona Fischer's professional languages are German and English. She also speaks French and Spanish. She is registered with Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all of Switzerland.
