Profile
Pierre-Benoît Drancourt’s practice focuses mainly on the energy sector, mainly in renewable energies (onshore and offshore wind power, photovoltaic, geothermal energy, etc.). He advises clients on public law and regulatory issues, as well as on litigation.
In this capacity, he mainly assists companies in the implementation of their renewable energy projects (financing, acquisition and disposal, CPPA). He has also developed an expertise in the regulation of the electricity and gas markets (ARENH, capacity warranties, GO, REMIT…).
