Profile
Mr. Volkov has over 12 year of experience in international commercial, investment and sports arbitration and cross-border litigation. Oleksandr has been involved in numerous arbitration proceedings under ICC, SCC, ICSID, JAMS, AAA, ICAC at CCI Arbitration Rules, and has experience in the FIDIC-related disputes.
Mr. Volkov represents both state authorities and private companies. He frequently advises foreign investors engaged in pre-arbitration negotiations with governments, alternative dispute resolution, and fraud investigations.
