Neil is an experienced litigator, having represented clients in court for nearly ten years. His primary focus is on landlord/tenant issues, social landlord cases, and debt recovery. Neil regularly acts on behalf of local authority clients and Registered Social Landlord (RSL) clients in recovery of possession of properties and rent arrears cases, as well as all manner of debt recovery issues and anti-social behaviour cases.

In addition, Neil has a broad range of litigation experience and regularly advises key clients of the firm on complex professional negligence cases, quantification of claims matters and commercial contract disputes. He works closely with members of other teams to ensure the best service for clients with issues across different legal disciplines. This has involved advising clients ranging from multi-property, sector leading clients to owner-operated business and individuals.

Neil's knowledge and experience ensure that he is able to provide his clients with relevant and timely advice that allows them to make informed decisions.
