Profile
Nadia H. Kuzniar is an associate in the Litigation and Arbitration Team. She mainly advises in commercial disputes and represents parties in state courts and in arbitration proceedings, as well as in enforcement and legal assistance matters. In addition, she counsels in sports law, where she focuses primarily on contractual matters and disciplinary proceedings.
Nadia H. Kuzniar studied at the University of St. Gallen (M.A. HSG in Law 2016) and at Santa Clara University, California. During and after her studies, she worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Private Law at the University of St. Gallen. As a Swiss National Science Foundation Fellow, she spent a year at the University of California, Berkeley, where she worked on her PhD thesis on torts as a visiting researcher. Prior to joining Walder Wyss, Nadia H. Kuzniar worked as a law clerk at the district court in St. Gallen.
She passed the bar exam in 2022. Nadia H. Kuzniar practices in German and English. She also speaks French and Polish.
