Mack’s practice focuses on the representation of agents and lenders in a variety of secured lending transactions, including leveraged acquisitions, refinancings, recapitalizations and lender finance credit facilities.

Mack is a member of the Atlanta Pro Bono and Diversity and Inclusion Committee and maintains an active pro bono practice. Mack’s background includes several years of tax experience in both transactional and litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mack served as an Assistant Attorney General in the tax division of the Georgia Department of Law where he represented the Georgia Department of Revenue.
