Tenacious litigation and appellate advocacy
Lauren Elliott Stine represents clients in litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. Advising a diverse range of clients, including municipalities, national law firms, financial institutions, construction companies and real estate companies, Lauren prosecutes and defends in a variety of disputes related to:

- Complex contract and commercial torts
- Real estate
- Financial services
- Professional liability
- Appellate
Lauren collaborates closely with her clients, both to understand their immediate and long-term business objectives and to ensure their interests are vigorously protected and advanced in litigation.
Lauren has presented oral argument at the Ninth Circuit and Divisions One and Two of the Arizona Court of Appeals. She is the co-chair of the Health Care Litigation team and Phoenix office chair for the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group.
