Kristina most recently served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Texas in the criminal division where she was responsible for all phases of criminal investigations and prosecutions. In that position, she successfully prosecuted hundreds of federal felony cases for various offenses ranging from financial crimes to firearms, narcotics and human trafficking.

Additionally, Kristina previously served as Assistant District Attorney of Montgomery County, Texas where she prosecuted thousands of felony and misdemeanor state offenses. Through her time as a prosecutor, Kristina spent extensive time appearing in Federal and State courts for all stages of criminal litigation, including ample time as first-chair for jury and bench trials.
