Profile
Ms. Yuan’s practice mainly focuses on onshore and offshore listings and refinancings, mergers and
acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, and foreign investment. Ms. Yuan has advised
dozens of companies on their onshore and offshore listings and refinancings, and has assisted a large
number of investment funds, state-owned enterprises and institutions, start-ups, and growth
companies in handling legal affairs related to investment and financing. Ms. Yuan is well
experienced in legal issues covering a broad range of industries, including real estate, biomedicine,
environmental technology, education, chain businesses, etc.
Before joining Han Kun, Ms. Yuan had practiced as a lawyer for nearly 14 years in China: from
October 2006 to August 2007, Ms. Yuan worked as an associate in the Beijing office of Han Kun Law
Offices; from August 2007 to August 2020, Ms. Yuan worked in the Shenzhen office of JunHe LLP,
first as an associate and then as a partner.

Ms. Yuan graduated from Law School of Nanjing University with an LL.B. degree in 2004. She
