Profile

Ivan Dunjic advises and represents parties in white-collar crime cases, namely in connection with allegations of fraud, corruption and money laundering. He further assists clients in internal investigations, in international legal assistance and in sanctions-related matters.

In addition, he counsels in national and international sports law. In this context, Ivan Dunjic advises and represents athletes, clubs, companies and other clients in various matters, namely in contractual issues and in disciplinary proceedings (doping, ethics violations). He also acts as party representative before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), among others.

Ivan Dunjic obtained both his bachelor (B.A. HSG in Law, 2012) and his master degree (M.A. HSG in Law, 2015) from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). He passed his bar exam in 2016. Moreover, he completed the Certified Advanced Studies in International Sports Law at the University of Zurich (CAS UZH in International Sports Law, 2020), and thereafter a Sports Business MBA program in 2022.

Before joining Walder Wyss, Ivan Dunjic inter alia worked as a trainee lawyer and an attorney at law in a leading international law firm in Zurich, as a trainee lawyer at the public prosecutor’s office in St. Gallen and as an attorney at law in a leading law firm in St. Gallen.

Ivan Dunjic's professional languages are German, English, Croatian, Serbian and Spanish. Moreover, he has some knowledge in French and an elementary command of Russian. He is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to practise throughout Switzerland.
