Isaac Fenyane is an executive at ENSafrica in the corporate commercial department.  He specialises in M&A, corporate finance and private equity.  He has been acting for domestic and multinational clients in diverse industries and sectors including mining, aviation, telecommunications, construction, FMCG in both listed and unlisted corporate environments.

Isaac has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating and leading complex corporate transactions in both domestic and cross-border transactions.  In addition, Isaac also has experience in negotiating and drafting bespoke commercial agreements.

Outside practice, Isaac offers lectures on corporate and commercial law topics, including M&A, to the members of the Black Lawyers Association.  Isaac has also been nominated to provide training to black lawyers on corporate and commercial law aspects as part of the skills development initiative organised by the International Senior Lawyers Project and the Law Society of South Africa.

At an international level, Isaac has been appointed to serve as a consultant to two organizations - the China-Africa Legal Training Base and the China Research Centre, both of which are established by the China Law Society and the Beijing Foreign Studies University.
