Profile
Fatima Benavides specializes in labor law, with emphasis on consulting.
She counsels companies on issues related to hiring personnel, untying mechanisms, implementing labor policies, complying with labor obligations, among others; also, on outsourcing business activities (outsourcing and intermediation), and on issues related to work health and safety.
Fatima has been a member of the board of directors of Themis Civil Association (2014), and assistant Professor of the Introduction to legal sciences course at Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru (2013-2014).
