Fabio Ilacqua is the Managing Partner of the Firm's New York office.
Fabio is specialized in corporate finance (m&a, private equity and capital markets), advising issuers (public and private), banks and private equity funds in a variety of transactions.
He joined the Firm in 1997 and has worked in the New York, Milan and Rome offices.
He graduated in Law, cum laude, in 1992.
He is a member of the Italian Bar since 1995 and he is a Solicitor in England & Wales since 1998.
