Profile
Eri joined the firm as an Associate in May 2019, having previously worked for more than 3 years in a law firm in Nicosia.
Eri has acquired significant experience in Financial Services Law. She is well-versed in the registration and provision of regulatory advice to Cyprus Investment Firms and Alternative Investment Funds. She served as a compliance officer for three years. Additionally, she dealt with various shipping matters, including but not limited to, ongoing advice on charterparties, marine insurance matters and appearance before the Supreme Court Maritime Division.
She advises clients on various aspects of shipping law, including shipping finance, flag registration and related matters, transactional matters etc., where she is involved in drafting, negotiating and the review of various agreements. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
