Emmi specialises in assignments related to employment law. She advises both domestic and international clients on employment disputes, employment and executive agreements and day-to-day labour assignments. She also assists clients with employment issues concerning personnel reductions and reorganisations, as well as terminations on personal grounds. Emmi has also served as a Trainee Judge in the District Court of Helsinki.
