Elena Chershintseva is an Associate of Labour and Employment Practice in ALRUD. She advises Russian and foreign companies on a wide range of labour and migration law issues, in conducting HR audits, legal audits, provides assistance to projects supporting restructuring, labour disputes, internal investigations, and inspections of government authorities.
Education
Elena graduated from the Higher School of Economics, specialization in Labour Law. Elena received her Ph.D. in law in 2014 (labour law; social security law).
