Elana Stern is an Associate in the Firm's Litigation department. From 2019 to 2020, Ms. Stern served as a law clerk to the Hon. P. Kevin Castel of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. From 2020 to 2021, Ms. Stern served as a law clerk to the Hon. Robert D. Sack of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Stern was a Litigation Associate at an international law firm in New York.
