Edward Salanga represents businesses in complex, high-stakes litigation. With a talent for managing risk through counseling and early case evaluation, he advises clients in several areas, including:
- Commercial litigation, including class actions, antitrust, RICO and securities matters
- Construction law counseling and disputes
- Product liability and warranty disputes
Ed works to evaluate business and legal problems strategically. Lauded by clients for his super-responsive, business-minded and practical approach, he develops legal solutions tailored to each client’s business goals.
Ed was the national chair of the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group and also led the firm’s Real Estate and Construction Litigation team.
