David Miller is an associate in Bradley’s Litigation Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm, David clerked for the Hon. Ed Kinkeade of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division.

After his clerkship — and after earning the honor of best advocate in the School of the Trial in Baylor Law School’s Academy of the Advocate in St. Andrews, Scotland — David knew he wanted to try cases. In his first years at Bradley, David has done just that. He has argued multiple motions, taken depositions, and drafted numerous dispositive motions, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in litigation and arbitration. His experience includes complex healthcare litigation, real estate and construction disputes, patent litigation, and defending against government-initiated civil matters, so no matter the issue, David is prepared to advocate on behalf of his clients.
