Danny is a senior associate at Consortium Legal - Honduras. She has more than 25 years of experience in the manufacturing, banking and commercial sectors, among others. She has extensive experience in Labor and Social Security Law through the successful handling of administrative labor matters, litigation and permanent and preventive legal advice to very important local and transnational clients. She has advised clients in the area of Human Resources and Occupational Health, participating in legal compliance audits (due diligence) and occupational safety and health and negotiation of collective bargaining agreements for the maquila industry in San Pedro Sula.
