Carolina Noriega specializes in oil and gas with emphasis on transactional matters.
She counsels national and foreign investors on developing oil and gas programs, particularly in downstream activities (processing, transport, distribution and commercialization) of oil and its derivatives, natural gas, CNG, LNG and petrochemicals.
Carolina participates in the negotiation of concession contracts of transport and distribution of natural gas, as well as pricing procedures of these regulated activities.
