Profile
Camille specialises in the law relating to companies in difficulty. She mainly advises a varied clientele consisting of debtors, creditors, managers, shareholders, investment funds and potential acquirers, in the context of amicable proceedings, insolvency proceedings and Distress M&A transactions.
Before joining Jeantet, and the team led by Laïd Estelle Laurent and Bertrand Biette, Camille worked in a corporate legal department and in the corporate and litigation teams of Parisian law firms before specialising in Restructuring.
