Brenda is a senior associate at Consortium Legal - Nicaragua, with 20 years of experience in the real estate and agroindustry sector. She has extensive experience in transactions related to real estate, and advice on corporate and contractual matters. During her career, she has been counsel and legal advisor for domestic and foreign companies in negotiations, purchase, and registration of urban and rural properties nationwide for industrial, commercial, housing, and horizontal property development projects.

She has participated in due diligence processes for commercial companies, and real estate transactions of urban and rural properties that have been of significant economic value.
