Roxana has a significant experience in all environmental matters. She regularly assists clients in assessing the environmental implications of mergers and acquisitions projects, the implementation of environmental permitting procedures and the management of disputes arising in connection with these procedures (together with the litigation team), in applying complex norms in the waste management and natural protected areas fields and in interpreting rules on liability for nuclear incidents, marine and historical pollution. She has significant experience in matters related to the functioning of the greenhouse gas emission trading scheme and the carbon capture and storage framework.

In the data protection field, Roxana advises clients on the drafting and implementation of data protection related procedures, data transfer agreements, privacy notices and notifications towards the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing. She also assists clients in assessing data sharing implications and holds training sessions for the clients’ marketing, sales and human resources teams. She also advised clients on all matters of employment law.
