Nicolai Halbo has worked in the IT industry for many years.
He has broad experience with contract law within the IT area. Nicolai knows the business well and is able to identify the risks. Halbo has participated in many negotiation processes on the Vendor side, within both private and public sector.
Nicolai has as well worked on the Customer side. He has the ability, with his thorough understanding of the IT industry, to find good and pragmatic solutions and thus contribute to secure progress in the negotiations on the way to a final agreement between the Parties.
