Diana Briones specializes in energy, infrastructure, utilities and arbitration.
She counsels companies in the sectors of energy, transport infrastructure for public use, telecommunications and sanitation, on regulatory and legal aspects. Likewise, in the development of public-private partnerships, negotiation of concessions, financing agreements and mergers and acquisitions of regulated companies and represents companies in dispute resolution procedures in the aforementioned sectors.
Diana has been an intern at the Instituto de Investigacion Energetica de Cataluna (2014) and international lawyer at Cuatrecasas, Goncalves Pereira in Madrid (2014-2016), where she worked in the Corporate law and arbitration areas.
