Charles Ducrocq advises financial institutions on banking and financial regulations. He also assists them in their litigation before the courts and regulatory authorities (AMF, ACPR).
Prior joining the firm’s Institutions and Financial Services team, Charles practiced for four years in a law firm specialised in banking and financial law and also has several experiences in prime French banks.
