Profile
Calixte Glotin advises lending institutions, investment funds and borrowers on acquisition, project, asset and syndicated loan financing. His activity also extends to corporate and M&A: equity, debt crowdfunding and business transfers. He has also given several lectures on the subject of financial markets and financing at the Ecole du Centre Ouest des Avocats (ECOA).
He has worked in renowned law firms in Paris and Luxembourg, allowing him to develop his expertise in complex financing (senior, mezzanine, unitranche...), in corporate and M&A, before joining Jeantet in 2019.
