Alexander is a dual-qualified Senior Associate in the Corporate / M&A, Antitrust Regulation, Capital Markets practices, admitted in Russia and England & Wales. He is also a Leading Associate in the Crisis Management, Economic sanctions and Compliance Practice and an expert in Telecommunications, Media and Technology, Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare, Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure Practices.
As part of projects of the Competition/Antitrust Practice, Alexander advises clients, from various industries, on changing the structures of global transactions in order to ensure compliance with requirements of the antimonopoly legislation and legislation on foreign investments of the Russian Federation.
Alexander’s career path includes a one-year secondment to one of the largest international law firms in the United States (Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in New York office) and gained significant experience in cross-border transactions under American and English law.

Education
Alexander graduated with honors from the Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL) with a degree in law. He also received a Master of Law degree from the University of London.
