Adriana Gaspar is a Senior Partner and co-heads the firm's Corporate and Contracts Practice Group. Prior to joining Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen, Mrs. Gaspar acted as Judge with the Bucharest Court and as Associate Law Professor at the University of Bucharest. Her major areas of expertise include cross-border finance transactions, securities and capital markets, mergers & acquisitions and infrastructure development and financing.
