Matlhatsi Ntlhoro is an Associate at ENSafrica's employment practice.

She has acted for clients in a number of industries including Mining, Food, Retail, Telecommunications and Aviation.

Matlhatshi's experience includes drafting and revising company policies and employment contracts; investigating misconduct by employees and compiling reports; drafting notices for employees to attend disciplinary enquiries; drafting section 189(3) notices and advising employers on the retrenchment process, both small and large scale; advising employers on the application and implication of section 197 (transfer of contracts of employment) of the LRA; providing training to employees on employment-related topics; drafting pleadings for CCMA, Labour Court and the Metal Engineering Industry Bargaining Council proceedings. In addition, Matlhatsi has also assisted and advised in commercial transactions. She has experience in conducting due diligence investigations and advising on employment issues in relation to commercial transactions.
