Fae Hassan is a Senior Associate in ENSafrica’s intellectual practice.

She specialises in the prosecution of both local and foreign trade mark matters, including the analysis of trade mark search results, classification of trade marks, assisting with trade mark filings and daily management of trade mark related matters.

She has also considered trade mark portfolios from a holistic view, including strategic brand advice and implementation strategy, advising on comprehensive protection both locally and internationally. 

Fae is also involved in trade mark recordal and assignment matters.
