Caroline White-Robinson has been in a Head of Learning and Development role for the last fifteen years spanning the legal and pharmaceutical industry. To be effective, Caroline believes in having a strong passion for Strategic Leadership and Management Development, not only ensuring that people have the opportunity to fulfill their potential should they wish to but to drive forward teams and departments to be the best they can be.

Caroline took on the role of Head of Knowledge Management in May 2018 aiming to ensure that the firm's knowledge is used to its best effect supporting the Shoosmiths strategy of providing a superb client experience.

Pragmatic, driven and optimistic are words Caroline would like to use to describe herself on an a day-to-day basis, but she is a "futurologist" at heart, always wondering what is around the corner next.
