Ana Diculescu-Sova is a Senior Partner and heads the firm's Dispute Resolution Department. Prior to becoming a partner of Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen, Mrs. Diculescu practiced in the area of civil and commercial litigation. She also held other positions, including ad hoc Judge of the European Court of Human Rights. She has successfully represented clients in many of the major court cases in Romania in recent years in the fields of civil, commercial, competition and fiscal law.
