Mr. Pustovit is the partner of the firm's Competition & Antitrust and International Trade practices. Alexey is involved extensively in competition and international trade matters. He has an outstanding record of representing and advising major international and Ukrainian companies on complex competition investigations and litigations in cases on abuse of dominance and concerted practices, merger control issues. Alexey also counsels clients on broad spectrum of trade law and practice matters, including representation in antidumping and safeguards investigations, export control and sanctions.
