Alex is an Associate based in our core Real Estate team who advises in all areas of commercial property. He acts for multiple developers and has significant experience in the residential development sector. Recent examples of deals he has worked on include:

• the acquisition of a brownfield site for the development of 600 new homes and subsequent sub-sales to registered providers for Galliford Try Partnerships;
• the acquisition of a former college site and sub-sale of part to a REIT for Countryside Properties Plc;
• acquisitions of new build public house and hotel lodge development sites for Marston’s Plc;
• acting for inner city landlords in the management of their leasehold portfolios.

Alex joined the team on qualification as a Solicitor in 2015.
